If you want to reset the WordPress admin password and/or the DirectAdmin password, our system has a built in feature to generate a secure new password for both accounts.
Simply click on the domain in your list of accounts, and choose the "Reset Passwords" feature:
For WordPress sites, this will reset the password for the account that we created - WordPress user ID #1. It won't change the passwords of any of the other WordPress users that exist on your site. If the WordPress User ID 1 has been deleted, then the WordPress password will not be changed. It will also reset the password for the DirectAdmin/FTP account.
For HTML/PHP sites, this will only change the DirectAdmin/FTP password.
There is also a "Reset All Passwords" button on the homepage of your Customer Dashboard, which can be used to reset the passwords for all of the sites in your account. Again, this will only reset the password for the account that we created - WordPress user ID #1. It won't change the passwords of any of the other WordPress users that exist on your site.
