When customers are facing issues with the auto login to WordPress feature, we've typically found that it's caused by deleting the account that was auto created when the site was deployed.
Please log a ticket with support, and we will be able to edit the database for you, to set one of the user IDs back to user ID #1, which will allow the auto login function to work again.
