How to Update Your Contact Information Including Email Address

Your contact information helps us communicate important updates about your services, billing, and support requests. Here's how to update your details.

  1. Log in to your client area
  2. Click Hello, Name in the top-right corner and select My Details
  3. Update any of the following fields:
    • First and last name
    • Company name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail Address
  4. Click Save Changes

Need to update billing information on file?

Payment methods are managed separately under Billing → Payment Methods.
